Our Baking Philosophy
I learned at an early age from my mother and aunt the skills of baking. They taught me that baking was about making others happy through delicious food. I still remember how my three sons' faces would light up at the scent and sight of freshly-baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. It is this passion for making others happy that one must have to be an artisan baker.
Along with this passion, real food must be made by hand with the best ingredients. You cannot take shortcuts to great-tasting food. Though it may take more time, skill and energy, there is no better reward than seeing the reaction of someone who is trying our granola or baked goods for the first time.
