Taste The Artisan Difference

Our artisan bakers use the same hand-made baking techniques that I have used to make granola for guests at The Bethlehem Inn. Though baking by hand takes skill, time and efficiency, it results in superior flavor that can't come from mass food production.

Mixing Ingredients In Small Batches:
Rolled oats have the tendency to break apart if mixed in larger quantities. By mixing in small batches, it results in granola with a more consistent distribution of ingredients and flavor.

Blending Honey & Butter
Our Bakers blend butter and honey before adding to the dry ingredients. This allows for the two flavors to come together before coating the oats and pecans.

Roasting & Turning Granola
Quite possibly the most important aspect of artisan baking. Hand turning the granola throughout the baking and roasting process is what gives it the crisp texture and consistent flavor.
