From B&B To Bakery
In 2006, we opened The Granola Factory Bakery across the street from our B&B. It had been a dream of mine to one day have a bakery, allowing me to offer baked goods, savory dishes, and our famous granola to more people.
Though we'd be baking more granola, I knew that in order to maintain quality we would have to continue baking by hand in small batches. I went about teaching each of our bakers the same artisan baking techniques I had used at the inn.
Whether our bakers are baking granola, scones, pies, Bethlehem Bars, or any of our other specialties, you are sure to taste the difference that comes from our artisan baking method.
