Unbleached wheat flour, butter (milk, salt), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, salt, carob bean gum, cheese culture), raspberry jam (sugar, raspberry, glucose syrup, glycerin, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, sodium alginate, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate), powdered sugar.
Kiffles are Hungarian pastries that have become incredibly popular in Pennsylvania. For those of you unfamiliar, kiffles are similar in appearance to a flat, rolled croissant with a sweet and often fruity filling. It's light and flaky pastry is due to mixing King Arthur flour, cream cheese and butter. The dough is refrigerated before being rolled out paper thin, topped with a dollop of fruit filling, and then hand-rolled and baked until golden. We dust them with powdered sugar for an an artisan touch before packaging.

Raspberry and apricot kiffles.
The raspberry and apricot kiffles I’ve eaten in along time. I’m a Bethlehem native and my Mother and Grandmother made kiffles for the Christmas and Easter seasons. Your kiffle pastry is delicious—Perhaps best I’ve ever eaten. The raspberry and apricot fillings were excellent too. We used to fill the pastry with a crushed poppyseed and honey mixture. I bet your customers would love that flavor too.
