We’ve taken Suzanne’s classic carrot cake and baked it into a loaf pan, making it easier to ship anywhere in the US. Made with grated organic carrots, roasted pecans, golden raisins, crushed pineapple and a cream cheese swirl. It’s light and moist crumb has the perfect texture and just the right amount of sweetness to enjoy any time of day. Spring doesn’t start until March 20th, but you don’t let that stop you from enjoying one of the season’s most delicious treats.
