Since finding this Granola on a trip back home to PA, I have been ordering the berry granola to ship to me in MN. I eat this with yogurt and other fruit daily and could not see breakfast without it.
Creating our Native Berry granola has been a labor of love. This recipe is the perfect fusion of plum blueberries, whole cranberries and unique spices. Our newest granola is still baked in small batches--five trays at a time--using the same handmade baking techniques my mother, Suzanne, has used since 1988 at The Bethlehem Inn, B&B.
