The Granola Factory was founded in 2006. Our bakery has grown to offer products in stores such as Wegmans and Whole Foods Market. Our granola and Bethlehem Bars can be found in 150+ stores from Massachusetts to Virginia. Our products have been featured on The Rachael Ray Show, The New York Times, The Washington Post and Saveur Magazine.
Brand Representative / Demo Specialist Position Details
We are seeking a responsible, personable and enthusiastic person to represent our brand in the Whole Foods stores surrounding the DC area. Responsibilities would include demoing our product at Whole Foods. You would also assist in building strong relations with store management, which could lead to better shelf placement and granola displays in the store. The stores you would need to be available to travel to are in the following towns:
- Washington, DC, Metro Area
- Baltimore, MD, Metro Area
The position would be part time based on your scheduling. Hours would be mainly on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday evenings, as this is when grocery stores are are busiest. In-store samplings range from 3-4 hours in duration. Sales, marketing and communication skills will be used in this position. Candidate must have a car for getting to and from stores.
