WHO WE ARE/WHEN IT ALL BEGAN:
The Granola Factory was founded by Suzanne and Robert Virgilio. The Virgilio’s opened a bed and breakfast, The Bethlehem Inn in 1988, and Suzanne soon created the all-natural honey pecan granola recipe as a breakfast staple for guests. Our popularity grew out of these humble beginnings, and thanks to our loyal following, the Granola Factory Bakery opened in 2006 across the street from the B&B. Today, we are fortunate to sell our granola and other baked goods to more than 80 stores in the Mid-Atlantic, including Whole Foods, Wegmans, The Fresh Market, and other specialty stores.

Bethlehem Bar: oat shortbread cookie topped with rich, chocolate chunks, roasted pecans, salted caramel, and cookie crumble
